Paulie Riggs

Born in Cocoa Beach and raised in Cape Canaveral, Paulie Riggs has always been inspired by the natural beauty of Florida’s Space Coast. He won his first blue ribbon at age six in a Cape Canaveral Library art contest, and that early recognition lit a lifelong creative spark. Paulie paints primarily in acrylics, often starting with a photograph and then translating it to canvas through bold brushwork and expressive color. His work has been featured on public art installations in Cocoa Village, including benches and utility boxes commissioned by Cocoa Main Street. Whether capturing coastal landscapes or small moments of everyday beauty, Paulie’s work reflects a deep appreciation for the place he calls home.
