Mitchell McCormack

Central Florida-based artist Mitchell McCormack has been creating one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted art glass for nearly two decades. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Mitchell honed his skills in some of the most respected glass studios across the DFW Metroplex, the San Francisco Bay Area, and now Florida.

Known as “The Glass Gardener,” Mitchell blends his deep knowledge of glasswork with a lifelong passion for gardening. The result is a body of work often described as “sculptural horticulture”—organic, luminous forms that echo the structure and spirit of the natural world.

His pieces reflect a reverence for nature and craftsmanship, capturing the delicate balance between growth and transformation through the medium of molten glass.
