Suzan Brooks

Suzan Brooks is a self-taught multimedia artist with a lifelong love of art supplies. Her creative journey began at age 9, when she received an oil painting kit from her father’s ship captain — her “early works” were proudly displayed aboard the ship, sparking her passion for making art.

Suzan’s work has been shown in numerous galleries and exhibitions. She also served on the board of the Art Gallery of Viera, where she taught mosaic classes.

Today, Suzan works primarily in paper and mixed media, focusing on 5x7 framable cards, custom cards, and smaller canvases. She often says that she didn’t choose art — it chose her — and continues to do so with a spirit that infuses everything she creates!
