Lee Nessel & Ella Grace Helton

Mom Lee Nessel and her teen daughter, Ella Grace Helton, have always been artists, but this is their first joint art adventure! The duo search for ties of all eras and pair them with vintage brooches, upcycled fabrics and curated embellishments to create one-of-a-kind statement pieces: tie necklaces.

Ella has won multiple art awards including Best in Show at the 2024 Brevard Children's Business Fair, for her talent as both a pastel artist (mostly painting her beloved animals) and handmade jewelry. She also won the student 3D/sculpture category at the 2024 Space Coast Art Festival for her design and execution of the main piece of wardrobe for her multi-award-winning short film "The Towel," plus the mini version she made for herself, which she wore to several festivals that screened her film.

Lee has always found soul centering in the arts, enjoying sketching, painting, stained glass and beaded jewelry. She also continues a legacy of showcasing countless artists in feature articles through her role as managing editor of EverythingBrevard magazine.
