Twined Rope Bowl Workshop
Spend a relaxed afternoon in the studio creating a 6-8″ twined rope bowl using traditional basket-making techniques. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to build structure, maintain even tension, and shape your bowl over a mold — and you will leave with a finished rope bowl ready to use at home.
We will be using the Flax & Twine Jessie Twined Rope Bowl Kit, and all materials are included in your session. No experience is necessary. Instruction is step-by-step in a relaxed, small-group setting.
Beyond completing your bowl in class, you’ll gain a clear understanding of the twining technique so you can continue making rope bowls on your own — experimenting with different sizes and shapes.
