Go Abstract! Discover the freedom, color, and creativity of abstract painting in a supportive studio environment.
This four-week acrylic painting workshop led by long-time abstract painter and art educator Dave Jones (davejonesart.com) is designed for both complete beginners and experienced painters looking to experiment, loosen up, and develop a more personal style.
Each session begins with a brief discussion of abstract painting concepts and techniques, followed by hands-on exercises and plenty of time to paint. Students will receive individual guidance and encouragement throughout the course.

• Mark-making and brushwork
• Layering and creating visual interest
• Creating movement and energy in a painting
