Basket Circle is an open studio, not a class. New techniques will not be taught during these sessions. Instead, it’s a chance for former Harbor City Art basket weaving students to spend time weaving, sharing ideas, encouraging one another, and enjoying the company of fellow basket makers.
Whether you’re finishing a basket you started in class or beginning another, Basket Circle is an opportunity to enjoy a relaxed morning of basket weaving with others who share your interest.
Bring your current project and work at your own pace while enjoying conversation and creative fellowship. A limited selection of basket weaving kits, dyed reed, and tools will also be available for purchase.
