The Flax & Twine Raffia Baskets Kit will teach you basket weaving in an afternoon with an easy-to-follow pattern and video! Using a coiled and wrapped basket-making technique, the kit includes enough materials to make three fabulous baskets.
Each basket is thoughtfully designed to mix colors and shapes that work beautifully together — displayed as a set on the wall or individually on their own. Each is sturdy enough to hold keys, a wallet, or sunglasses, and light enough to hang beautifully on the wall.
Consider this technique your launching point for endless design possibilities! The detailed pattern and video walk you through every step and show how to play with color, shape, and pattern. You can wrap with random color placement, meaningful progressions, or simple alternating stripes to create three amazing baskets — and new skills you can build on.
