Open Pottery Studio is available to students who have completed our four-week Handbuilt Pottery class.
Open Studio is designed for returning students and developing hand-builders who want regular time in the studio to continue personal projects at their own pace in a relaxed, small-group setting.
Participants work independently while guidance remains available as needed. Open Studio reflects the natural rhythm of a working pottery space: some may be building, others refining, texturing, glazing, or preparing work for firing, while each continues developing individual ideas and technique over time.
This offering is intended for those who want continued access to the studio for steady practice, experimentation, and skill development beyond formal instruction.
🌿 What’s Included
• One 25 lb bag of Laguna B-Mix clay
• Use of Amaco and Mayco studio glazes
• Use of studio tools, stamps, textures, templates, and molds
• All bisque and glaze firings for studio work
• Continued guidance as needed during studio hours
🌸 Open Studio Hours
• Thursdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Saturdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 Pm
Occasional schedule adjustments may be announced in advance.
